Interlock Industries (Ont.) Inc. is proud to announce its contribution to Habitat for Humanity® Orillia/Lake Country.
A new lifetime Interlock® brown aluminum Slate Roofing system and the costs of it’s installation was granted for a new home housing a family of seven located in Hawkestone, ON. This charitable donation was made possible by staff at Interlock Industries.
According to Mark Wenzel, President, Interlock Industries: “Being involved for decades in the home renovation industry, we felt that Habitat was the ideal way for us to give back to the community. We are pleased they accepted our donation of an environmentally sustainable lifetime metal roof. Our staff was good enough to donate their time to this project as well”.

According to Gordon Warren, Product Manager, surpassing this quality standard is milestone for endurance that all manufacturers of quality metal roofing components hope to achieve. We have invested tremendous efforts to ensure our products can deal with all kinds of impact resistance scenarios, including hail. This ruling applies to three of our key product profiles… shingle, shake and tile. Our team is most pleased to present our products to the public with the assurances that UL 2218 confirms. Some homeowners with metal roofing systems meeting UL 2218 can actually qualify for deductions on their homeowners insurance.
