Interlock Industries (Ont.) Inc. is proud to announce its contribution to Habitat for Humanity® Orillia/Lake Country.
A new lifetime Interlock® brown aluminum Slate Roofing system and the costs of it’s installation was granted for a new home housing a family of seven located in Hawkestone, ON. This charitable donation was made possible by staff at Interlock Industries.
According to Mark Wenzel, President, Interlock Industries: “Being involved for decades in the home renovation industry, we felt that Habitat was the ideal way for us to give back to the community. We are pleased they accepted our donation of an environmentally sustainable lifetime metal roof. Our staff was good enough to donate their time to this project as well”.
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian housing organization. Paul Kitchen, Building Chairperson for Habitat Orillia Lake Country (www.habitatorillia.ca) says: “Habitat Orillia/ Lake Country and our family are very grateful for this generous donation of the roofing system. What appealed most to us is the lifetime life cycle of the product, saving our family thousands in roof replacement. At a special ceremony on-site, Carol Sharpe (Volunteer Chair, Habitat for Humanity Orillia/Lake Country) presented a commemorative award in thanks and in recognition for this donation to Mr. Ted Jarvis, Regional Sales Manger for Interlock Industries (Ont.) Inc. Greg Wright, Regional Marketing Representative was also on hand to accept the award.
